Your order from Taste of Cheese can be shipped coast to coast throughout Canada via next day courier for the designated shipping date. A local courier is often used to deliver orders within the GTA. UPS Ground and Air Express services are used to deliver all remaining packages, both within the GTA and throughout Canada. Your cheese and other products are packed in a thermal styrofoam container with an ice pack and cushioning, which creates a stable environment for your precious cargo for 24-36 hours. We do not require signatures for the receipt of our boxes, as the shipments are time sensitive. If no one is home at the delivery address and no instructions per this situation have been provided to us, the box will be left at the delivery location if a safe location is available.
We will ship anywhere in CANADA. We are not able to ship outside of Canada due to FDA regulations. We make every effort to secure shipping carriers so that orders will be delivered within 24 hours of leaving our warehouse. For certain remote locations, it may take a bit longer for your order to be delivered, but orders will be received within 48 hours of leaving our location.
The following list is a list of approximate shipping charges to some popular destinations, assuming you buy 1-10 individual products. As previously mentioned, we will ship anywhere in Canada:
It takes up to one day to receive and process your order. Occasionally, the products that you ordered may not be available for immediate shipment. If this is the case, you will either be required to choose a future shipment date at the checkout, or we will contact you to discuss the delivery of your order.
Orders placed Monday through Wednesday will be automatically shipped the following business day, Monday – Thursday. All orders placed Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday. We cannot ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Some of our products are only available on specified dates. You will be prompted to select an available delivery date upon checkout.
Occasionally, a cheese in your order may be temporarily unavailable or simply not up to our very high quality standards. In an effort to accommodate you as quickly as possible, we may make a substitution of a comparable cheese that we think you’ll enjoy. We do try to notify all customers in the case of a substitution.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of a delivery delay, we will do everything possible to re-route your order for timely delivery. We cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you must notify Taste of Cheese within 2 days of receipt, Taste of Cheese will either replace the box or refund your money.
Returning a gift? Taste of Cheese allows gift recipients to in turn pass their gift certificates onto a third party. Gift certificates may not be exchanged for cash value.
